I've been using an HP Desktop for 10 Years starting with Windows 98SE (1999) then upgraded to Windows XP (2002) then Linux Ubuntu (2006) and the damn thing still working. I saved 20,000$ from buying computers so i decided to go 100% Mac... and here it is:

2009 LightWeight workstation:

Apple Mac Pro 8-Core 2.93GHz (Nehalem)
Apple MacBook Pro 15" 2.93GHz (Unibody)
Apple 24" LED Cinema Display
Apple Time Capsule 1TB
Apple iPhone 3G 16GB
Apple TV 160GB

To say I'm jealous would be putting it mildly Smiley But yeah, I've had a lot of computers in the last 10 years...

I'm thinking about upgrading to a unibody Macbook Pro.  But I do have two questions from those picture - 1) how did you get a wired short keyboard (without the number pad)?  I thought that was a hell saved just for those who wanted a wireless keyboard?

and 2) Where did you get that iPhone holder thing?

Sam,

My new iMac came with a choice of the long (w/ keypad) or short (w/o keypad) wired keyboard. I chose without, which I think is actually the default when order online from Apple.

That is a sweet setup! I especially like it that everything matches. The chair looks really uncomfortable though.

I use my keypad so much that I can't imagine ever really owning one without it unless I absolutely couldn't have one.

Each to their own I guess.

Nice, even your iPhone stand matches the rest of your Mac stuff Grin
